UnHappy Sales Experience With PlatinumServerManagement (PSM)

Most are nice before they take your money and then some are good and some are bad. Apparently these unplatinum server management guys are not!!

Bad experience with platinumservermanagement also known as PMS

I want to share my bad experience with platinumservermanagement.com. They are very rude and unprofessional. While waiting for accoutn activation, I only asked their rep why so slow and that I need the servers sooner if possible. The next day they sent me an email and refused to create an account because I asked the sales person a question...

If it takes 24 hours just to create an account, I can't imagine how long it will take them to solve a real issue. I had several servers so if I have to wait 24 for each server... unacceptable
